Maya, don't take the opt outs personally. Some people are just overwhelmed with email and are cleaning up their mailbox flow. I've opted out of a lot of information I've found valuable, but it wasn't valuable enough to demand my attention on a regular basis. So, I eventually just opted out. It's a matter of priorities.

Matt, I personally do not opt-out, I just delete. You never know when that source will have information that would really help. I guess its a type of mentality... I tend to hesitate :o) Like your response though!
